RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Not quite the perfect fit? Wondering how to go about returning or exchanging your garments?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used / worn garments.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Consumer Guarantees 

Please note that our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to certain consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If the product you purchased is not of acceptable quality, doesn't serve its intended purpose, or differs from its description or sample, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair (if you choose to keep it).

In the case of a major fault in the product you purchased, you have the right to request a replacement or refund of your choice. For minor faults, we may opt to provide you with a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

If you wish to return merchandise under the consumer guarantees, you can do so within a reasonable timeframe, provided you can provide proof of purchase.

Please note that items marked as seconds or samples should be selected carefully, as these items cannot be returned due to the identified fault at the time of purchase. However, if the seconds or sample product exhibits a different fault (unrelated to the one identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for its intended purpose, or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the aforementioned consumer guarantees.

Please be aware that our customer service team cannot assess worn or used items via email or phone. To initiate the return process, all items must be physically returned either by mail or in person at one of our stores, following the process outlined below.

Once we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once our team has completed the refund process.
